One subscription covers you and your immediate family. Most people come to a meeting or two first — that’s expected, and there’s no obligation.
If you pay UK tax, please complete the Gift Aid declaration. It costs you nothing and adds 25% to what we receive.
Subscriptions are due on 01 January.
Members joining between April and August pay pro rata and renew the following January; joining between September and December pay the full rate and renew in the second January after joining.
Membership carries one vote at committee and general meetings.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied at meetings and events by a parent or guardian.
Membership is at the discretion of the Committee; if an application is refused the fee will be returned.

Subscriptions run to 31 December. Join after April and you pay pro rata.
Joining or renewing in September 2026, the fee is £20.00 and subsequent renewal is due on 01 January 2028.
